Designed for longer visits, this furnished studio offers a little more room to settle into New York. It sits within our owner-occupied home, but has its own entrance, private bathroom, queen bed, mini kitchenette, and small front terrace - enough independence for an extended stay, without losing the calm of a real home.

The setup is simple and useful: sleep comfortably, make coffee, prep light meals, take calls, come and go easily, and stay connected to the rest of the city. Nearby L, J, and Z trains make Brooklyn and Manhattan easy to reach, while the residential setting gives you somewhere quieter to return to at the end of the day.

Guests in our Brooklyn stays tend to notice the same things we care about: clean spaces, comfortable beds, easy subway access, and clear communication. One called the space “comfortable and very clean,” while another noted the “comfortable bed” and walkability to both the L and J trains.  

This is a 30+ day stay, best suited for work trips, relocations, in-between housing moments, or longer visits with more routine built in.

Good to Know

This is a private studio within our home, not a standalone apartment building or hotel-style unit. We live on site and keep a calm, respectful house. The kitchenette is designed for light meals rather than full cooking. Exterior security cameras are located on the property for safety.
