Modernized 2-bedroom Toronto home for 30+ day stays, with backyard hot tub.
Set between Leslieville and The Beaches, this one-of-a-kind east-end home is made for longer visits that feel more settled than a hotel. Walk to cafés, restaurants, parks, Queen Street, and the waterfront, then come back to a quiet, cottage-like space with room to work, cook, and unwind.
The home is over 160 years old, with original details like wainscoting and textured tin walls and ceilings, balanced by a renovated kitchen, updated bath, fast Wi-Fi, dedicated workspace, and two queen bedrooms. Out back, a private fenced garden, deck, and hot tub create the kind of city escape that feels surprisingly far from downtown.
Guests tend to notice the same things we do: comfort, location, and the little practical details that make a longer stay easier. Mason called it “well stocked with everything you would need,” Jess described it as “so cozy and at home,” and Brooklyn loved being “super close to public transit” with good restaurants nearby. Danielle put it more simply: “Hot tub, clean, cozy.”
This is best suited for guests staying 30+ days: work trips, relocations, between-homes moments, extended family visits, or anyone who wants to experience Toronto through a neighbourhood rather than a hotel lobby.

Good to Know
This is an older Toronto home with character, stairs, and cottage-like proportions. Both bedrooms are upstairs, while the bathroom is on the main floor. The hot tub is in the fenced backyard but is not separately gated. Exterior security cameras are located on the property for safety. The home is on a quiet residential street and is not suitable for parties, events, or outdoor noise late at night.
Hosted with Care
HOM began with a single stay in 2017 and has grown into a small, family-run collection across Brooklyn, Toronto, and Prince Edward County. Across our stays, we’ve welcomed thousands of guests, earned hundreds of five-star reviews, achieved Airbnb Superhost status since the start, and had one of our homes recognized among Canada’s top vacation rentals. More than anything, we simply love hosting - and hope every guest feels that care from the moment they arrive.
Giving Back
Animal welfare is close to our hearts. Inspired by the life of our beloved pup Neeko who brought us together, a portion of proceeds from every HOM stay supports Neeko’s Animal Welfare Foundation, a fund we created to help charities provide safety, relief, and care for animals in need.
